Governance

The Airvance Group is a Group organised around an Executive Board, a Supervisory Board and a Management Board.

The Executive Management of the Airvance Group is led by members of the Executive Board.

The Executive Board helps to define and implement corporate strategy, according to the broad guidelines set by the Group’s Supervisory Board.

The Executive Board has 10 members, including the Chairman of the Management Board.

Laurent DOLBEAU

Group CEO

Laurent Dolbeau holds a Master’s degree in International Law and an MSC in Management from the EM Lyon business school. He began his career working in Shanghai for Astrapool, before going on to hold various positions in the family business: Regional Director, Marketing Manager for products/customers and Director of Marketing and Communication.

Maxime RIVIERE

Group Chief Financial Officer

A graduate of the Paris Dauphine University, the ESC Clermont business school and the Institute of Political Studies of Lyons (Sciences Po Lyon), Maxime Rivière has held various posts in France and abroad, in particular at L’Occitane, PwC, as Audit Manager for the Lagardère Group and CFO of Lagardère Services Benelux. He acquired solid experience in M&A and conversion projects in international contexts.

Frédéric BRUYERE

Director of Marketing & Strategy for the Group.

Frédéric Bruyère is an aeronautical engineering graduate from the ISAE-SUPAREO (National Higher French Institute of Aeronautics and Space) with an MBA from the EM Lyon business school. He previously held the posts of Director of Marketing & Strategy for the HVAC Europe division in the UTC/CARRIER group and Director of the Air Handling and Energy divisions at CIAT.

Audrey AUCOUTURIER

Director of Human Resources and CSR.

Audrey joined the Airvance Group management team in 2023 after 17 years in Human Resources at Danone, where she supported a number of organisational and cultural transformation projects aimed at developing employees and team groups.

Today, it’s a collective success and the new challenge for the HR & CSR teams is to create the conditions for an organisation committed to its eco-system, while ensuring that all the Group’s companies and each of our 1,800 employees are part of this adventure.”

Olivier DAVOINE

Director of Customer Services and IT for the Group.

After leading large projects in the field of supply chain & logistics for the PSA Group, Olivier Davoine joined France Air in 2007 as Supply Chain and Customer Services Director. He joined the Group’s management team in 2017.

Jean Philippe MOISSON

Purchasing and Technical Director for the Group.

After graduating from the ECAM engineering school of Lyon in 1996, Jean Philippe Moisson joined the France Air group as a purchaser in 1997. He went on to hold various posts in the Purchasing department. In 2015, he was appointed Purchasing and Technical Director. He joined the Group’s management team in 2017.

Pascal HALIMI

Group International Director for the

Magrheb, Africa, DOM/TOM, East Europe and Asia

After working in the Purchasing department at France Air for several years, Pascal Halimi was appointed Director of the France Air Export subsidiary in 2009. When he joined the group’s management team in 2017, he was able to leverage his eight years’ experience in leading international development in France Air Export.

Bruno VILASECA

Directeur International Groupe zone :

Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, the UK and Switzerland.

Bruno Vilaseca joined the Group on 2 March 2020 following the founding of Airvance. Bruno Vilaseca underwent technical training during his degree in thermal engineering, in addition to his university training in company management and over 30 years’ experience in the HVAC sector working for HVAC industrial companies including Trane, Carrier and Lennox, working in the Marketing departments, before serving as General Manager for subsidiaries in Spain, General Manager for subsidiaries at Lennox and then Marketing & Purchasing Director at Brossette.

 “I want to devote all my skills and experience to ensuring that the entire AIRVANCE Group can become a player which is renowned throughout Europe in the ventilation and air handling market, and thereby make the group stronger and more multicultural”

About the Airvance Group

The Airvance Group designs and distributes air handling systems for buildings. Established in February 2020, the Airvance Group was formed from the merger of two groups: The France Air group and the HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) division of the SIG Group plc. As a designer, manufacturer and distributor, the Airvance Group plays it part in creating a healthy and safe environment where air quality and comfort are firmly established.
